On receipt of the information from SFI regarding the reassignment of PSAs, please send them a Welcome E-Card with just a few line introduction about yourself. This can be followed with a good welcome letter.
In your Welcome letter:
1. Say, you are privileged to have them in your Growing & Winning Team;
2. Ask them what you can do so that they can get started?
3. Inquire how you can help so that they can move on?
4. Assure them that in You they have a trust worthy friend on whom they can relay on for
any assistance than can help them grow continuously;
5. Promise that all their questions will be replied "On receipt" and prove it with your response.
You can mention these in your initial welcome letter.
Subsequently,
Before sending them any mail, look at their Genealogy Report & try to understand their level of activities before and after reassignment.
Try and address that area of their weak point so that they will be impressed & encouraged.
Always word your mails appropriately by which they should realize that:
1. You are genuinely interested in their growth; &
2. That they can trust you.
3. Keep asking them what you can do for them repeatedly.
After some time, provide them with Free TCredits and if possible some Gift Certificates.
Soon, they will understand your sincere heart and will respond to you. Once such a trust is established, it will be quite easier to move on together.
In short, Assurance to support with an open mind and genuine concern for the growth coupled with timely action, are key to winning the trust of the newly assigned PSAs.
