The goal for all of SFI Members that have PSA's and CSA's is to see their team members achieve the EA2 every month.
What we need to do, as team leaders, is to provide guidance, support and congratulations for the accomplishments that our team members achieve. If you are doing all of this, in the end, it is up to your individual team members to put forth the effort to achieve their EA2 status.
There is no sure fire way of ensuring that your team members achieve EA2 status. You will need to "roll with the punches".
As I said above, if you are doing your part then the rest is up to your team member. The 2nd is to have patience. You will get team members that will put forth the effort. It will take time and perseverance.
