First sf all you have to make sure that your PSA or CSA wants to be an EA2 and understands all the benefits. This you need to do by communicating with them.
Once you get their attention and desire to become an EA2 your job is to give them the right advice based on each affiliate's individual needs and possibilities. Again communication is very essential.
Whatever you recommend make sure that you have tried it yourself . Share your experience with
them.
Now in order to do the above mentioned tasks you have to use one or more methods provided by SFI. Read all the answers given by other affiliates for the best methods provided by SFI.
