You have been working with that person for quite some time and you would have identified the fire to grow more in him. That's why you have chosen him to be your Designated Diamond. There is no need for you to do something strange in terms of welcoming him.
Once you got a DD, what you can do is:
1. Explain about the program in detail;
2. Share the commitment involved - from his side & from your side;
3. What is the commitment from SFI in terms of benefits?
4. How it can be achieved?
5. How you will be able to support him & help in achieving the Goal over a period of time?
Please share with him how this program will assist him to create his Own Team with quality leaders & active Team Members under every one & How it helps him to reach the highest Leadership Level in SFI that can lead to good income for every one regularly.
More than these, you should lead by your own example! If you are eligible, please get your self "Designated Diamond" First, by your up line.
Share with your DD, what's your plans to achieve it. Help him to progress. slowly but steadily. Stay connected with him and keep communicating regularly. Show your genuine interest in his growth. Make him understand the commitments very well and keep monitoring his progress regularly.
Do not bombard him with too much mails in the name of encouragement. Do not put any undue pressures on him. Just remain his friend and well wisher and make him realize this.
If you do, you will be the Winner together with a fresh DDL!!
