There are many ways to ensure your affiliates attain EA2 status, but by far the best, in my opinion, is to continually offer them the support and guidance through their initial few months in SFI. There is such a wealth of information to take in when affiliates first join SFI, so it is imperative you inform them of the most important aspects, those being logging in EVERY day and completing ALL the Daily Tasks. As soon as I get a new PSA or CSA I immediately email them and welcome them to my team, together with a Welcome ECard. In my email I give them an insight into what they should be doing on a daily basis, and also advise them on the importance of VP, about how much these valuable points add up at the end of each month, and how it affects their affiliate status and commission payments.
It is vital to their success that all new affiliates are well aware of how to get started, and we are so lucky that SFI offers a mountain of training and resources to do this, however a vast majority of new affiliates still struggle to fully understand what they should be doing.
This is where you come in. As an experienced affiliate you can coach them through all the Getting Started aspects of SFI, make them feel welcome to your team so they know there is someone there to always help them, and offer them little snippets of valuable information that you remember from when you first started. There is nothing that compares to experience, so share your experiences with them, get them to DUPLICATE what you do, and they will be well on their way to EA, EA2, and hopefully up through the Team Leader ranks. If you have a budget to do so, also ensure you have some incentives or competitions occurring in your Leadership Page, and tell them where to find them.
And lastly, recognise their efforts and achievements through your Stream Posts and ECards. Everyone loves to be recognised and receive praise, this will pay dividends to you in the form of commitment and dedication to their new online business, and if they succeed, then so do you!!
