There are many that join that do not know English very well.
It's important to make sure your team knows that there is a translator at the bottom of every page on SFI and TripleClicks. This way they can pass it on to others that need it.
There are three types of people that sign up on SFI.
1) To see what the SFI website looks like.
2) Are looking for a job and not a business.
3) Want a business and will work to build it.
It's very important that you read and learn to help build a strong team. Here are some suggestions.

Many do not understand how to promote duplication, which is showing your team to do what you are doing. In truth, most will only do what you are doing.
This means you must:
- Showing up daily
- Do all the daily actions
- Post streams
- Answer questions on the Forum
- Rate answers on Ask SC
- Send group mailings
- Set up you standing order
- Sell items on your T-Connect or ECA store on TripleClicks
- Buy from TripleClicks first
- Enter auctions and play games
Your team can really see how you are doing by looking at the badges on your SFI home page
