A true leader is, trust worthy of others, he/ she just want to lead and the others to follow.
He/she train others to do the task without supervision, knowing he/she would not be there

He/she is leading by example so others can do the same.
A true leader see others potential and encourage them to be successful just like him/her.
A true leader believe in team work, listen ideas and value others contribution.
A true leader have a good judgment by understanding every individual is different
And treat each one in its own unique way.
For you to learn to be a good leader, first examine yourself which one you are, a worker
Or a leader, if you are the worker type , try to change the roll how to be a leader, by taking
Leadership courses, have a mentor as well as reading various books in this topics.
