One way of learning to be a good Team Leader for your group could be by asking yourself questions. Ponder and wonder around these questions. There are not always immediate practical answers. Especially for leadership it takes time to let this drift from your head to your heart, and back.
Look at these questions, and look again. Write them down, make them part of your daily routine. The answers will come, you will grow, you will know.
- How good is my own Team Leader? How did I experience being lead by my upline?
- What did I learn from them? What did and didn't I like?
- What kind of Team Leader do or did I need?
- What kind of Team Leader do I think I am?
- What does my group, each individual, need? What kind of Team Leader do they want?
- What do I know that I already know?
- What talents can help me lead a team?
- What skills do I think I need to learn more about?
As a leader it can be important to live in the question. Answers can narrow the mind, narrow our vision. Living in the question means all possibilities are open and you are ready to receive.
