Invite and encourage discussions withing the team about it. You can also encourage them to read and take part in the Forum discussion on the Milestone Shares.
Ensure that they understand that the shares are allocated and paid out for reaching Team Leader milestones only. Those who remain Affiliates and EAs do not receive Milestone Shares. The shares are an incentive to achieve Team Leader level, to grow their businesses. So if they want to take advantage of the Milestone Shares, become Team Leaders.
