The DD program is a fantastic innovation and I believe that it’s going to do great things for SFI. It involves a long term commitment by the sponsor and the PSA to work closely together to achieve DTL.
As I am going to invest a lot of my time with my DD affiliates, I have issued invitations only to those who I believe are worthy candidates and have the makings of Diamond Team Leaders.
After careful consideration, I have selected my DDs based on the following:
- Must be EA2. This demonstrates a certain amount of commitment.
- Must have a Standing Order. This to me already demonstrates a certain amount of commitment to achieve EA each month.
- Must have recruited at least 5 PSAs on his/her team and continuing recruiting
- They must be willing to learn and also to teach their team members.
- They must be communicators. If they do not talk to me chances are they will not talk with their team members. There is no point in them being on the DD program.
- They must demonstrate passion and drive to grow their businesses. If they are achieving EA by simply playing games and nothing else to grow their businesses, they will not be invited to the program.
- They must be consistently active within SFI.
- I take into account: their team activities; Forum/ASK SC participation; SFI badges; VP Streak; EA Streak; Fast Track etc..
My invitations to the Designated Diamonds program are only for those who I assess as having met the majority of the requirements above. They are always found at the ‘Movers’ tab.
