Good day Adri,
Getting affiliates in SFI to be seriously minded and not just looking at it as a hobby is the work of we sponsors.
Communication is very key when teaching our PSAs/CSAs about SFI. With the New Year Message by Gery and the new signing on bonuses are some incentives to generate activities when new affiliates join.
Looking at the big picture, we as affiliates have the potential of earning thousands of dollars if we do the necessary things that are expected from us.
There are key points that should be stated for them to know that SFI is a serious business as it has been in existence for over 18 years (Stood the test of time), having an online shop with over 90,000 products sold and the 6 different ways of earning in SFI. Commissions being paid on the 10th of every month. These are some of the things to be mentioned.
Most often, most people joining SFI is to make money. It is at this junction that you let them know that it is not a get rich scheme, that signing on bonuses is not a lump sum but would be paid 3% of signing on bonuses together with his or her commission, spread within 18 months. This alone would ginger them up to log in, do their assisgned tasks for the day on their to do list, advertise their links etc as they would want to earn their commissions and bonuses without loosing them.
Also, we as sponsors should show our affiliates some of our commissions earned recently or testimonials of others as seeing is believing. This alone, will let them know that they have joined a reputable and trustworthy company with proven track records.
Also, we would let them know that just as other tradtional businesses, that SFI would require a bit of commitment financially and timely. Let them know that little investment to their business would yield results as there are risks involved.
Let them know that you are there to support and help them grow their team. When you have succeeded in helping them build their team of active affiliates and they see their commission report, they will then decide whether SFI is just a hobby or serious business.
In summary, always work with the workers, let them know quitters never quit, teach them your strategy so that they can duplicate your actions.
Hope i was able to help.
All the best.
