The main thing I will do is remember that my own success depends on the success of my team, by encouraging my team to grow their own business I will be laying a strong foundation on which to build my own business.
I will be including training packages which will help to motivate my team and will remain in regular contact with them.
I've heard it said that a team is only as strong as it's weakest player, so with that in mind I will be assisting the weaker members of my team and helping them to move forward. Life is a journey not a destination, and I won't leave anyone behind.
