What are all the New announcements/changes we all had effective 1.1.2016? Just to recollect:

Leadership Requirement:
Earlier there was always opportunities to "Buy Leadership" status and becoming a Leader was quite easy without having a team of active down lines.
With the new announcement, one has to focus on Team Building in order to grow as Leaders. The new affiliates will be given due attention by their sponsors and hence it is quite possible for them to learn many things quickly and grow. When they grow, naturally the Sponsors also grow.
Milestone Shares:
What does it mean? For every 10 personal VP you earn, you also earn up to 18 bonus shares of the TripleClicks Executive Pool that will be paid to you upon reaching the milestones of SFI’s five Team Leader ranks!
It can propel any committed member to work and reach one level to the next Team Leader status. If one has a strong and active Team, the team members will also be impressed by the growth of their Team Leader and they will also try & emulate their Leaders. This is a very good advantage & inspiring factor for all aspiring members to grow more and earn more.
Designated Diamond:
The Designated Diamonds (DD) program is directly aligned with THE PLAN–which prescribes identifying five serious PSAs and working together towards the mutual goal of becoming a Diamond Team Leader.
The Sponsor identifies the future prospect Diamond Leaders in the Team & designates them with an intention to grow bigger. Its a commitment from the Sponsor towards the Team's growth and in turn the Designated Diamond commits to grow step by step & reach the Diamond Leadership status over a period of committed time.
SFI also commits itself to compensate both the Sponsor & the Designated Diamond by investing $200 into each of your DDs to help them and you build a great business!
This will in growing our business more in 2016!
Biz Quiz:
Gery clearly explained in Rule 8 of SFI Rules of Success that a Leader has to be a Reader first. Without reading something that helps in growing your business, on a daily basis, one can not succeed here.
Biz Quiz make us to go back to the basics and read many things about this Business in order to find the correct answer for a question that will be posted every day. Winning answering correctly, you have the opportunity to earn $ 50 in Daily Crown which will be added to your Signing Bonus.

Simplified VersaPoint Rules:
Earlier it was mandatory that one has to have specific number of ActionVersaPoints every month along with specific Sales VersaPoints in order to become/retain one's Team Leader status. It has since been modified that :All points are now simply VersaPoints! ".
One has many options to fulfill the Leadership VersaPoint Requirements. It will help in planning and gathering the VersaPoints without exerting undue pressure on oneself. One can focus on the Team with sufficient time so that every one can grow together.
More VersaPoint Opportunities:
SFI has increased the limits on VersaPoints that can be earned at TripleClicks by participating in Pricebender Auctions, Playing EZ Games, downloading TC Music and Member Listing. 750 additional VersaPoints can be earned by doing these activities. In fact, every TCredit spent will earn One VersaPoint now.
This will take the pressure off of the aspiring as well as the existing Team Leaders to a great extent since they need not worry about meeting the Action VersaPoint requirement any more!
