The Signing Bonuses of $20, $40, and $100 will be an important part of my new approach to my affiliates to get them to take action.
Once they receive the initial SB of $20, I will encourage the new PSAs to go for Gold FT and earn the $100 SB.
With the new Designated Diamond program, encouraging the PSAs who took advantage of the Signing Bonuses and have become EA2s and thus become Team Leaders will need different approach again as they will be feeling pressured and may not be ready to face the challenge.
To give more challenges- first to become DD with DD invitation and commit themselves to success; and second to join the new Winter Leadership Program with me, as this will help them with their recruitment/sponsoring campaigns will need yet more people skill to get them to embrace the new programs.
With every milestone my Designated Diamonds achieved, there will be a new kind of prizes, that will range from a share in my co-op, more PSA reassignments, and more CSA reassignments, as well as the usual Gift Certificate and TCredits.
Along with working with my Designated Diamonds, I will be constantly looking for more active PSAs, to look for more candidates for the DD invitation, hence the need for sponsoring more affiliates until I find more suitable candidates.
Next I will learn more of the other new announcements, apply the learning so that I can help my team understand the impact of these new programs to their own SFI business.
Advertising and making use of the new Gateways banners will be given more attention, as the need to increase sales this year becomes a big part of Building Something Great in 2016.
