1. First of all, please recollect what are all the things that you did prior to 2016.
2. Make out a list.
3. Against each item, figure out what was the result achieved.
4. Against the results achieved, see who were all the affiliates responded, did well, etc.
5. With those affiliates, you can still continue with your same style of working.
6. With regards to the affiliates who never responded, start your communication afresh.
7. Where possible, try to speak to them over skype or whatsapp, or any other similar facilities
available in your country (Free of cost);
8. Send them mail at least a week. In your mails, Ask them, "What can I do so that you can get
started?"; How can I help so that you will see benefits?". The emphasis here is, your down line
should know that you are there for them to succeed.
9. Do not just talk about scoring VersaPoints, placing Standing Order, etc repeatedly.
10. Speak about fresh opportunities provided by SFI in 2016 - Like "Earning VersaPoints made
easy; Signing Bonus; Designated Diamond," and so on.
11. Guide them how easily they can grow and start earning an income quickly.
12. Share your achievements & performance.
13. Make them understand that you are committed towards their Growth. How can you do it? Think
about offering Gift Certificates, T-Credits, Re-assigning Members, and so on.
14. At the same time, do not bombard them with too many mails and phone calls, That may be
counter productive.
Conclusion:
With all that you do, they should feel they can trust you. If that happens, its a very good starting
point for a great journey here for every one in your Team.
Focus is on just two things - Make them realize that you are there for them as a trustworthy friend & that SFI has created more and more opportunities just at the start of the New Year for every one to realize their dreams.
Just think about these, do your home work and start the process. You will soon feel you are doing things differently in 2016. Do not worry about the Results. You can only lead and show the way. If they do not want to follow, you can do nothing. Just focus on active people in your Team and start looking for more and more sign ups.
