I recommend that if you haven't done so already, review your performance in 2015. If you haven't been doing these, make it part of your regular practice starting now.
Active Affiliates are vital to your business and setting goals that are related to their activities and growth are absolutely essential. If you haven't been doing that, start doing that as from 2016.
Have a look at your last years goals. Were your goals met? If not why not?
Identify where you did well and capitalize on those - fine tuning them or building even more on them.
Where you did not do well - why not? Can you afford to drop those areas and/or do you need to do more work there. For example if you did not do well in TC Sales, why not? Did you do any advertising? If so, how much? Where? Tracking? Wording of the ads etc...
How active are you in SFI? See if you need to raise you profile within SFI. Set yourself up as the ideal model that your affiliates should follow and duplicate. Tell them and let them see what you are doing. Let them see the badges of achievements you have.
Have a look at the innovations that SFI has come up with and use them.
Signing Bonus - These are linked to Fast Track. You may want to actively use these get your new affiliates off to a good start, motivated and remain active.
Games, Auctions, Contests - Your affiliates are all different and different things appeal to different people. If you haven't been promoting/encouraging.
Are you in the DD program? If you haven't received an invitation from your sponsor and you believe that you can commit to it long term, send him/her a message. Solicit an invitation. Hopefully those inactive affiliates will be helped and motivated by your involvement in the program.
There are many more things that you can do to motivate your affiliate to become active. Its your call really but I would recommend that you use the tools and programs within SFI to do these. Some of these are just awesome.
