The very first thing which I will do is to focus more on sales rather than focussing on collecting Versa Points because that's what will make me profitable in SFI. Last year I was focussing on accumulating more Versa Points to become Team Leader. Becoming team leader is of no use if we are not making profits in SFI. I have already shifted my focus on personal sales as well as team sales. I am now buying products from Tripleclicks instead of buying from local stores.
I am going to advertise Tripleclicks products on social media vigorously till I secure more and more sales.
I am going to also focus on acquiring more PRMs rather than Sponsoring PSAs. PRMs will help me achieve my sales target each month. This will drive growth in my Team
