2-The new team leader qualifications
All team leaders should shift focus to accommodate these changes so that they maximize the benefits.

What I would do is to place more value on executive affiliates(EA), I would:
- Treat them as assets necessary for business survival.
- Show them that they are valuable and HOW valuable.
- I would spend more time and money on keeping them active
- I would support them more in their move to becoming team leaders.
Sign Up Bonuses
I would mention the sign up bonuses in the subject line or heading of advertisements. I will make them an integral part of my campaigns.
I will keep new affiliates informed about the bonuses, so they they are knowledgeable enough to set their goals.
