What I will do differently in 2016 to grow my SFI business is to make a resolute commitment to accomplish as many income producing actions as I can and watch my team duplicate them.
1. Invest in Training
Invest more time in acquiring knowledge and training to break down those obstacles I encountered along the way as I build my SFI business and overcome my limitations. I will hone the necessary skills I need to grow the business using SFI’s power tools and resources to succeed.
2. Inspire Others
Inspiring others can create a domino effect. I will take risks and share my passion to succeed in this business with my team members. I will strive to become the awesome sponsor and upline so that my team members will have the confidence to do SFI actively and seriously.
3. Lead by Example
We cannot just ask our team members to follow our suggestions or duplicate our actions. We have to earn their respect first. Earning respect is like setting an expectation by leading our team by examples; and our earned badges speak of our goals and where we are heading to. So I will do focused work, push myself to grow my business, and show my team what's possible, so that they can't help but want to follow and duplicate my income generating actions.
Income generating actions include: 1) Promoting and advertising SFI & TripleClicks gateways and banners to recruit PSAs, PRMs, & ECAs; 2) Earning as many VersaPoints and achieving the highest Team Leader rank possible to increase TC Executive Pool Bonus and earn CSAs/2nd Home CSAs; and 3) Generating TripleClicks sales.
4. Challenge and Reward My Team
PSAs won't stick around very long if they're not challenged and motivated. I plan to create challenges for my team and reward those who will accept the challenge. I will figure out what challenges to give so that there is acknowledgment, teamwork, and challenging tasks that can help them motivate one another.
