Many people just flat out do not like to sell things. They don'y understand that a "no" is not to be taken personally. They don't want to lose friends. They are afraid to talk to strangers. They think they have to buy the product in bulk to fulfill the sales. They don't know what to say. They won't pay for ads. They don't know where to advertise for free. With over 80,000 products to choose from, they don't know what to sell.

To get them interested in selling from TC, you must first show them their benefits for selling those products, then you must take down each of their excuses. One excuse after another, show them how to get around each excuse. Focus on THEIR needs.
For instance if they do not want to talk to friends, family, or strangers about buying the products, then point them to using the written word.They can do that with paid and free ads. You may have to walk them through a few ad placements before they are comfortable with it. You can help them choose the product. And you can guide them in narrowing and finding their target customers.
Once you have your PSAs selling products, or at least putting out ads, you can explain the advantage of teaching their PSAs to do the same. You may have to spend time and effort helping them, but this will lead to time leveraging and big benefits to the whole team.
