Good day Rupak,
This is an interesting question, and you must agree with me that such question is not just perculiar to you, but to other affiliates.
Communication is very important when welcoming new affiliates to your team. In this regard, try and make letter Short , Simple and Clear. Remember, starting with ambiguous words, lengthy mails can over load such affiliates and put them off. so its best to Keep It Short and Simple.
After this phase, the next mail should be an individual one to each affiliate that make an effort to log on. Look at their VP ledger, encourage them to finish the get started action to become fast track member within the first 24 hrs that they join to get 250 VERSAPOINT BONUS.
You can also encourage them that if they complete the Get started actions, you can give a gift certificate to purchase the NMP. Thereby, stating the importance and benefits. This will give them a jump start and motivate them. Remember that it is from their actions that you would be able to assist them.
The next mail is to encourage them to go through SFI basis and Launchpad lessons reading it throughly amd understanding it without rushing to acquire the versa points attached to as well as the compensation plan so they know
what they stand to benefit.
The next mail is to encourage them to do their daily, weekly and monthly tasks informing them that little drops make mighty ocean. That it inches
them a step away from becoming an EA.
Let them know they need to advertise, word of mouth informing people on SFI. Inorder words, let them know the importance of building a downline.
Let them know the importance of tripleclicks being the online shop, where they can list unwanted item on their t connect page for as low as 1 t credit per listing.
As a good sponsor, i would encourage them to have a standing order inorder to be an EA/team leader. With that, it would enable them partake of the
tripleclicks executive pool.
In summary, we have to guide them from the onset and be good leaders. If they have the drive, determination and are willing to learn, they would become good embassors and duplicate their Sponsors.
All the best.
