Stream posts are good ways to communicate with your PSAS and CSAs to get them actively involved. Stream posts can either be Motivational, Informational, Educational, Affirmative or Acclimation.
Its quite important as a Sponsor or Co spononsor to know the difference instead of over whelming them with information that might be confusing.
For me indulging them or getting them engaged, in using stream post I tell them the importance as they can be used to:-
1. Give short information for them to read up (Regarded as Informative)
2. Dissemminate SFI news to their team and their downlines which we can be regarded as Informative.
3. Praise hardworking affiliates in the team for achieving certain parameters or goals (Regarded as Motivational).
4 . Congratulate them if they win at the Daily Grand can be regarded as Affirmative.
5. Share tips on how to build their team.(Informative).
6. You winning at the Daily Grand can be regarded as Motivational. As this can encourage your downlines to participate actively on their To Do List.
With stream post, you can post anytime and are meant to motivate and educate your affiliates where you can give tips, ideas or places on how to advertise their affiliate link.
You as their sponsor can put them in your co op if they achieve Team Leader positions or they are EAs. This is Motivation for hard work and encouragement.
You can also quote people that have achieve certain things in the past to encourage them and to let them know that its not anything new. For instance, When we say Quitters never quit or Setting goals that are to high to achieve is a failure above everyone else's success (James Cameron).
Stream posts, generally ensures that affiliates in our team regardless of how slow they respond to our emails usually respond to our stream post as its simplier, shorter and easier to understood.
In summary, use stream mails to pass information to our downlines, appreciate them when they have achieved certain parameters, inform them about your win , achievement so as to get them active and duplicate your actions.
