Having said that, it is not always the teacher’s fault that some affiliates do not perform.
As a student of SFI always stay on top, by keeping yourself up to date with new developments. In this way, you will always be ready to help both your old and new PSAs when they need your assistance. Of course it is not possible to have answers to all questions but the more you learn the more you are capable and even when you do not have an answer straight away you should be in a position to direct your PSAs to the right sources.
They say experience is the best teacher and to some extent this is true. As long as you continue to put into practice what you are learning, you will eventually find it easier to combine both roles.
