Encouraging your PSAs to stay active in SFI when you have no funds to invest is an art just as much as it is a matter of following the plan. PSAs that come to SFI looking for gift certificates have proven to be not serious about their own investment toward their future business success. So anytime a team member comes to SFI with the idea that someone else is supposed to invest in their success besides them is misguided. No business venture is successful without an investment of time and money.
That said, everyone comes to SFI to make money and improve their lifestyle and standard of living. Therefore, it is imperative that you mentor your team members and help them catch the vision for their SFI success using the plan found here: https://www.sfimg.com/the_plan Point them to the getting started video here: https://www.sfimg.com/start Then help them map out what a day looks like at their new business center here: https://www.sfimg.com/SFIBasics
Most team members come to the SFI business center with no prior knowledge or experience in running a business or internet marketing. So it is very important to take the time necessary to be sure that they understand the SFI Basics and where to start. This will eliminate the paralysis of analysis. It is easy to become overwhelmed when you do not know where to start or what to do.
Consequentially, you encourage your PSAs by investing the time in them they need to get a solid footing in the business. Don't shove standing orders, purchases, sales, or leadship responsibilities down their throats. But give them the basics. Allow room for their questions by asking open ending questions to get the conversation started. We are not independent bosses but independent mentors and should avail our time and talents freely to the team we are supporting. Follow the guideline for awesome sponsors as given here: https://www.sfimg.com/Training/AwesomeSponsor Reward your active members by giving them recognition in the recognition forum and use ECards to give them the proverbial pat on the back for a job well done.
Finally, remember that your team doesn't care how successful you are. They are concerned with how successful they can be. When you show your team that you are genuinely concerned in their success, then they will become actively involved in their business and therefore perpetuate your success. This can be done without gift certificates, TCredits, or money. That's the beauty of the SFI success formula - invest the time in and the rest will come.
