There is no secret, it's all revealed right here on the site. In a nutshell, do everything you can and don't ever give up. SFI provides ways to develop multiple streams of income. Begin with one or two ways and learn those well, then go onto something else and continue developing your knowledge and skills. Make sure you build a team, you will want to sponsor a lot of PSA's. Don't give up if not all of them become EA or higher. Keep sponsoring people because only a percentage of them will end up working this business. So keep finding PSA's all the time. Then work with the workers. Email your entire team at least once a week, but when people show up in your Movers list, those are the people you want to work with closely and help them.
