People need to have a vision. Ask them what it is they really would like to buy. Then show them how they can earn that money in SFI and bring their dream to reality. When people set out on a journey, they need a road map to get them to their destination. One of the things with people joining SFI is not that they don't have a road map, they simply can't read it or they don't understand it. You'll need to explain SFI to them in a way they can relate to. You won't reach everyone, but you can sometimes raise the dead so to speak.
Get your team to tell you what they need. Then listen to them. Make sure that you study yourself so that you can offer them solid answers to help them become successful. Teach them what you have learned so you duplicate your time and efforts through them.
