The Sponsors should ensure that these are put in to an action plan and implemented. Regular monitoring should be done. Where assistance is required it should be provided forth with, without any delay or hesitation.
In fact, the Sponsors should guide them to create PRM, ECA, etc by promoting the W3 Program constantly through various promotional campaigns. If only some of the friends & relatives of the Sponsors become the PRMs of the down line and buy some products, it will motivate them to do things on their own quickly.
The other way of doing is, the Sponsors should share details of the products which they bought from TripleClicks and how they were ordered/delivered, special features & how the products work, etc. All these will inspire the affiliates to follow them.
To lead by your own example - The is the surest way by which You or any Sponsors can get their affiliates interested in & engaged in Selling products at TripleClicks.
