If an upline member writes in his/her stream ‘Welcome to SFI (name)’ and if this is his/her message most of the time, it’s not the most engaging message. Is it?
To me the ‘stream’ is a great way of building our teams and getting them engaged and active in the business.
The messages must be short but lively, active and useful.
Remember our team members are most likely to read these messages because:
- They have to review the Stream tab in order to earn their VP
- They do not have to read a long letter/email
They can also enter their own comments under your stream messages.
Take advantage of this and send them messages such as:
- Spin & Win alerts when this competition is on
- Topical and important announcement such as Signing Bonus, new Team Leader Requirements etc
- Encouraging messages to start, keep going etc..
- Encouraging & motivational quotes
- Useful business links etc
- Team news, team competition results
- Congratulatory messages etc..
Invite and encourage them to respond to your streams and when they do acknowledge their contributions and comments.
