New sign ups should be drawn to it, this means communicating its use to new PSA's and CSA's. In communicating its use I would mention that they can view older posts by clicking on the 'view more' tab. Mention the comment box and the 'Likes' feature.
The stream can be used to share words of wisdom, to motivate, inspire and encourage team members.
May be there is a special newsletter that you want to send your team, you can use the stream to notify them in advance.
It can be used:
- To send short messages
- Reminders of specific deadlines
- Alerts to new developments that would affect them
- Share your own experiences
- Notify them if you will be away
- Acknowledge their achievements
- A note on anything you think would benefit them
Remember to check your posts for comments and respond to them appropriately
