Here's some tips..
Total in a month, we've probably have 4 weeks. So lets start from the first week of the month.
For your first week,
Do start with a good appreciation for their hard work the previous month.
Next, a reminder to update Leadership Page, vote sponsor ratings and update Goal score.
Lastly, we might want to remind them to achieve an EA rank qualification before the 10th of each month, to receive 10 TCredits, second home CSAs and more..
For your second week,
Send some calculation and plans in breakdown details step by step to get to EA and straight to BTL, calculation of Sales VP and Action VP. These theory is muchly needed to help our team more understanding.
For your third week,
Our team needs to be reminded to never forget recruiting affiliates. SBuilder shares is a great to have to maintain a team growth..
Fourth Week,
Final measures of their progress and Send them more about tips to capitalise..
There is more actually, but, we are sure you can do more better than us..
