In your weekly communications to your PSAs and CSAs, write something that can give them compelling reasons why they have to be actively doing SFI.
1. First and foremost, build the relationship with your PSAs and CSAs so that they will want to work with you.
2. Give them reasons why do SFI. What’s different and special about SFI?
3. Teach them how to earn leveraged and residual income as explained in the Compensation Plan and the Benefits Chart. Teach them strategies on how to follow ‘The Plan’.
4. Announce in your weekly mails, if you have any, your team contests, rewards and incentives to add some fun and attract their attention. You can also offer a prize, if they reply to your email or challenge.
4. Tell them that you are always available to help them and teach them how to reach you, if have questions about how SFI works.
In other words, in your communication with your PSAs and CSAs, your goal is to sell to them SFI. And convince them that the time they will spend doing SFI and TripleClicks will provide a greater return, if they are actively doing the business.
