Get connected with them, When I say connected I mean actually become a very important part of their lives.
How do we achieve this?
They can simply ignore their emails when life gets busy so with their permission ask when is a convenient time to give them a call.
Strategise and plan with them. Discuss their goals and state the steps you as an upline will take to assist them in reaching those goals.
Probe them in a sense that you know their personal goals intimately and then assist them to achieve it. This is coaching of an upline. Throwing money at them will get them excited for a few days and boom rock bottom again. I personally think that is a waste. I would not spend a dime on an associate knowing they are inactive.
So I will make it more easy for .... Your first couple of lines in your email to them would be,....

It is all in the content that you feed your downline. How you approach them in email , how you connect and actually sincerely care for their lively hood.
Stop telling them what to do... SFI BASICS etc etc... if they are worthy they should know all that.... instead ask them exactly what they struggling with and take it from there. be as helpful as possible.
If they dont budge move on and focus on gaining more affiliates... Its numbers game....
