How do you encourage your PSAs to stay active in SFI when you have no funds to invest in them?
That's a nice question and I will try to answer that with my own example because I too don't have funds to invest in my PSAs but I am still able to make my PSAs active in SFI.
Being a retired person and having very less amount at my disposal I needed more funds for my older days. I was looking to work from home because commuting daily was not feasible as I used to get tired very soon. So I decided to work purely from home itself and joined SFI through Facebook. First I read all tabs in SFI and when I was very confident then I decided to sponsor new PSAs. Learning everything was necessary for me because I didn't want to be seen an ignorant person to my own PSAs. So the first thing we have to do is learn everything. This doesn't involve spending money on PSAs. When my PSAs ask me anything anytime I am able to clear their queries satisfactorily.
The second thing we must do is to teach our PSAs how to play free games in Tripleclicks. By playing games we enable our PSAs to win prizes from Daily Crown. We must ask them to play T-Time every hour so that we can get some FREE TCredits when we win T-Time. I win 8-10 times every month and I have taught my PSAs also how to play and win FREE TCredits by playing T-Time.
When my PSAs win FREE TCredits they naturally stay active.
Third thing which I do to make my PSAs to stay active is to ask them to visit ASK SC and Forum tabs regularly. This way they learn many things about SFI . I ask them to post regularly in Forum and when they do it they stay active.
The fourth thing which I do to make my PSAs remain active is by asking them to set their own goals in SFI. When they set their goals themselves it motivates them to log in daily and this way they remain active.
It's obvious from above that without spending any money on my PSAs I am able to keep them active.
