I think that for the most part you have to remain positive in spirit with them and reflect that in your actions. But the bottom line is that if they do not see the big picture with what SFI is trying to get everyone to achieve there is not much you can do about that. The only negative thing about this new requirement is that a person has to work to build their business which requires building a team, which in turn is going to have a better result income wise, why should that change a person's mindset, that is where we all have to be mentally in order to achieve bigger and better income results..so it's all good is what you have to express to them.
