To keep your team engaged, give them something to aim for.
Try having a Team Contest where you reward Gift Certificates, a share in your personal co-op, or Reassignments to the winner/s.
For example, $10 Gift Certificates for First Sale, First Recruit or First Personal Sign-Up, etc.
$20 Gift Certificate for First Time EA, EA2, or First time BTL, STL, etc.
Get them to join your UBER League team if you have started one, and challenge them to win.
With each milestone, send appropriate E-Cards and share the exciting news with others through your Stream Post, Weekly messages, and on your Leadership Page blog.
Use the power of recognition and the positive power of praising people.
Early Birds- this is my special way of getting my team, especially the very hardworking and very active ones get to lead every month by requalifying on the first week of the month. This started as a trial with Gift Certificates as incentive, but to my surprise my awesome team don’t even need it! Most would requalify on the first day of the month, and so would I! Now I have an unofficial Early Birds Club!
There are many other creative ways to make SFI more exciting and fun for your team , stretch your imagination even further…Sky’s the limit!
The most important thing about this is showing how much you care and value your team by going the extra mile to get them engaged and excited about being in your team.
