Qualifying as Bronze Team Leader (BTL) and maintaining that rank are parts of the first steps towards success with SFI. It is highly worthy to strive or this and beyond.
Success with SFI is based on activity that yields VersaPoints (VP) through sales/purchases and actions in various areas to build our businesses. Thus, both Sales/purchases and action VP (AVP) are parts of the requirements to qualify as Team Leaders.
In the first 30 days we join SFI, we have many opportunities to earn AVP while we go through the training. In fact we can earn over 1300 VP just by completing our training tasks and the daily activity of going through our red tabs on the "To-do-List". Furthermore, in our first 5 weeks with SFI, while we are going through the first rounds of the E365 contest, we can earn up to an additional 600 VP.
Hence, when we are brand new affiliates, there is no shortage of opportunities to earn AVP beyond this 1000 threshold.
Whoever takes their training seriously will be fully equipped for sponsoring affiliates, and referring E-Commerce Associates (ECAs). This is the most sustainable strategy for earning AVP and qualifying through the Team Leadership ranks
However, if you find yourself without any PSAs at the end of your training, you can still continue to qualify as BTL provided that you are regular with your daily activity, you take full advantage of all the possibilities to gain Tcredits and use them to earn AVP.
If you can set up a Standing Order (SO), use it to build your TCredits chest. Bid on Double MRP auctions. Use your MRPs to acquire more Tcredits so that you can maximize the amount of AVP you can earn. With the 100 VP bonus for your SO, the AVP you collect from the daily activity of the To-do-List (up to 16 per day), the full amount of VP from auctions (600) and Eager Zebra games (250). you have well over 1000 VP you are looking for.
Starting January 2016, additional team leadership qualification requirements will come into effect.
To qualify as BTL on January 31, 2016, we will need to directly sponsor at least one Executive Affiliate (EA). I am not even mentioning here the requirements for Silver Team Leader (STL), Gold Team Leader (GTL) and Platinum Team Leader (PTL), let alone Diamond Team Leader (DTL). But, we should keep those requirements in mind. We have, approximately, 45 days to work on meeting them.
To truly take full advantage of the great potential we have here with SFI, we should set our sight on mightier goals of successfully sponsoring actives PSAs and training them to duplicate our efforts. It is not an impossible task. It is being done. It is just a matter of determination and well directed action.
I am personally focusing on signing up new prospects, helping them upgrade to Gold Fast Track, guiding them through the E365 Contest, keeping them active and teaching them duplication so that they can build their own teams and find motivation to stay with SFI.
