First of all you need to contact your new team members in the shortest possible time on their mail,send them a Welcome message and you give them brief instructions for first steps in SFI (you can input a video into your message)
Then monitor them through their VP Leger to see which tasks are done and send them another mail with sugestions what they did and what they missed to do.
It is advisable to give them at the end of the message you offer help,it is important to them that they can rely on you.
But if a new member after several received messages of support did not started any Starting Actions
you should leave them alone and to focus on new members.
However do not lose hope,many inactive members one day decide to move on and achieve great success in SFI.
