Getting 1000 AVP for the Status or BTL when you have no TEAM is surely not what you should be looking to do.
Far be it from me to stop enthusiasm, but in January you are going to need at least 1 EA2 to maintain Bronze Team Leader.
So I would suggest spending your ntime recruiting affiliates and then helping them to attain EA status as once they have remained at the EA level for at least two months you will then have EA2's. Then you can concentrate on obtaing the necessary AVP for BTL.
