Support groups on social networks (like Facebook or G+) could be effective.
For example, if you organize Facebook Support group, these are some benefits:
- Community can be motivating - When my sponsor added me to the support group I had been amazed how many people are there.
- This is very effective way to lead by example - I was not interested in games, until I saw how many people are bragging about T-Time winning.
- Team work is fantastic - If I am not online, all the people from my downline could get instant help from other leaders from my sponsor's downline. This is very important if you go global (because of the time differences).
- All new affiliates are overwhelmed with information. You could set up some first day instructions, just to point them out the most important things. You can also share tips for advertising, etc.
- Friendships and bonds with people are much stronger this way.
Possible problems:
- Sometimes can be hard to convince people that Support group is business only, and that they should take it seriously.
- When group becomes big enough, you will need some help to monitor activities.
Good luck!
