Your PSA's need to know what lies ahead. Maybe not the full blown version, but the condensed version that causes them to realize that a regular job will not yield the rewards that a structure like SFI can. They need to catch the vision. Many people lack the ability to have vision and so they need a little help from other people. As their sponsor you will need to be a visionary yourself so that you can inspire your team. It doesn't mean it will work with everyone, but it will bring a higher success rate. I have at times revived the dead so to speak, and not that they always stay with it, but sometimes I have people who have been belly up in the water for months and then after sending an email that jars something in their thinking, they suddenly appear in my Movers list.
I would say you will need to try different things. We're dealing with people of all different personalities. backgrounds, cultures and so forth. So remaining consistent as a sponsor and continuing to inspire and build vision in our team is part of the key.
