Email them at least once a week and inform them of the various ways to earn more VP. Tell them about AskSC and that they can answer questions for a chance to earn more VP. The more they read and do they will improve. If people understand how this is done then it becomes fun.
Keep things light and encourage them each step of the way. Once they become a seasoned pro you can dig deeper with them and do more. If SFI is fun to do, then it will be very encouraging your your PSA's.
