There are many aspects of SFI that I admire and appreciate but my respect for SFI increased ten-fold when I struggled with my orders on two ECAs for over 6 months and TripleClicks resolved the issue in a very professional manner.
- as a new affiliate, I was trying to establish a reputation of having an online business and the manner in which TripleClicks resolved the matter left me, actually aghast. This is when I started to believe in the program totally.
- my problem had created a lot of delay in the products arriving and this would have created a negative impact to not only how I perceived SFI to be but also a kink in my overall business had SFI not resolved it in the excellent manner that they did.
- although you ask about SFI, TripleClicks is part of SFI therefore I believe my answer lies in the Management of TripleClicks - which is handled by SFI.
The decision to handle my problem in the best possible manner at the time would most likely have come from the Management. This in my view would be the decision makers in SFI who saved the reputation of the company and it did not matter if they had to suffer a slight loss but they did the right thing!
In any adverse situation, sometimes we are left with having to make a decision that will hurt us but in the long run, that is the correct decision that brings a win/win scenario and I am here today because of that decision that was made a couple of years ago!!
