Your ECA store is your responsibility. If you want sales, you must do the work to insure that you get sales:
1) Offer products that people will buy.
Offer both items that are one-time-only purchases and items that are needed continuously. The first will give more CV while the second will give repeat customers. Try to add new products regularly. This will keep your shop on the "New at TC" page.
Take time each day to find new suppliers and new products.
2) Advertise so that people will be aware of what you have, and how to contact you.
Put in new ads everyday. With free ads this is possible for all budgets. Do take advantage of paid ads on a regular basis to reach higher economic groups.
3) Keep your listings currant, remove items that are not available. Edit listings and photos to bring improvement. Use the "close-outs" to get rid of slow sellers. Check your expiration dates.
4) Check for orders placed each day, process them, and communicate with your customers.
5) Send weekly or monthly ECA News Feed or ECA Connections Newsletter.
Remember that the impression you send out will determine whether someone will buy from you. Be professional and attend to all the major and minor points of your presentation.
