Hi, you can do the following in order to make SFI more exciting and fun for your team

1. Create videos explaining or demonstrating earning of VP points for team members who might have problems understanding.
2. Share success tips on how to earn MRP and T-Credits by playing the games. You can also create your own leagues and invite members to join.
3. Have contests amongst team members, winners can be given T-Credit, reassigned PSAs etc.
4. Send E-cards to team members as encouragement for members who perform well and meet or exceed their target monthly.
5. Use Leadership page/ Blog/ Stream Posts to highlight members who perform well on your team.
