I know it is not easy to remain enthusiastic and motivated 24/7 but this is one of the characteristics of a "coach" who keeps the energy high within the team. It does not matter how you do it but it is important to keep in constant touch with your team members.
The other important part of a team and creating that synergy is the element of surprise that you can create for your team. Incentives and prizes are a real boost to the morale of your team members. When you reward them for their achievements/milestones, it is a great feeling. I say this from personal experience and I appreciate the gestures.
You can put up motivational scripts, clips or just write a word of encouragement on the stream post and it is bound to create a stir of hope for those team members who are less inclined to feel that there is anything fun about this business.
Having said that, you need to also understand that you cannot inject excitement or control how your team members feel. Sometimes, circumstances surrounding a team member may not allow them to share in your fun but keeping a positive attitude will drive you to continue with your "coaching" despite how others feel. That is the beauty of having a leader in the team!
