What is the difference between working hard...and working SMART in SFI? How do I make sure I'm in the second group?

We've all probably heard the saying - work smarter, not harder. First of all though we need to understand what 'working smart' means. Working smart is basically just the PRODUCTIVE APPLICATION of hard work achieved by PRE PLANNING and by carefully working out the BEST, MOST EFFECTIVE WAY to proceed, BEFORE you start.
