the whole question of working hard or smart and how you can be in the later , meaning the smart worker, in my honest view , in these category to earn an income ,or sponsoring and duplication, requires some work as a daily assignment ,but with what is consider hard for some may not be hard for other , on the other hand Smart workers ,may choose to pay for work done for them in advertising and marketing , where others may take a longer time due to not being able to afford paid adverts, they who cannot may have to work a little harder and take a little longer to get some results base on the category of the business.the efficiency and effectiveness in carry out the task in less time and good result ,I would consider as Smart . do have a good day.
