In the beginning it was easy to see that SFI is easy to work and gain VersaPoints and I focused on doing that and I made the fast track and became Silver Team Leader very quickly. But I also realized that instead of earning money I was spending it. And the whole reason we are here is to earn money.
I realized later the importance of team building and rather than buying my way to the top, it's best to build a team and teach them what I have learned. We may not always get people that have the same understanding or vision we do. So we need to keep sponsoring people continually, and I mean a LOT of them.
So now, instead of focusing on working hard and getting all I can get by what I do, I am focusing more on still working hard, but working smarter and directing my efforts into team building. That's what this business is all about, building a team and becoming a team leader through that initiative. When you become a team leader through building a team, you will become a true Team Leader in every sense of the word.
