The difference between working hard and working SMART is about time. Working hard and smart produce same result, in most cases, but working smart give result at a shorter time compare to working hard. This is the reason that makes many people want to belong to the SMART team.
To be a smart worker requires an extra effort. The desire for achieving excellence is supreme. One must be able to analyse the job to be carried out and have a clear understanding of expected result. Working smart means thinking out of the box. This implies producing excellent result at shorter time.
To be a smart worker in SFI business, you must have:
1. Time and activity management- Fix time to spend on every activities you engage yourself in, either online or offline. Avoid time killing activities or activities that drains too much of your physical and mental strength.
2. Good work habit- Do daily task, key into ideas or actions that boost your business (like New member pack, Standing Order, S-Builder, Co-Opt, etc), promote referral and sales links, etc
3. Make good friends- It's ideal to have a mentor in the business (the person should be higher in rank and his/her badges speak smartness too). Also carefully make friends with affiliates you think a working smart.
4. Read, listen and think before you act. Reading newsletters, other training materials will definitely give you a big leverage. Listening means reading and comprehending what you read. And when you think before you act, you will be able to figure out a faster way or ways to your success.
