I understand the importance of having an active team which will enable me to earn a better income in SFI. I realize now that I need to advertise a lot to be able to find those few and far between affiliates who will not only support my business but they will make it on their own.
I would not say that my focus has changed from what it was when I first joined because I was aware then that I needed to sponsor affiliates. Now I am more aware of their importance.
Secondly, I have changed personally to believe that I can handle a team and motivate them equally. I enjoyed working independently and have always preferred that mode to a group environment but now I can comfortably focus on my team. It is always about my team first before me.
Thirdly, I often wondered whether I would be able to create online sales through TripleClicks. Online shopping is still seen as somewhat a mystery and/or an unreliable form of shopping in some parts of the world. This notion has since changed and I know that we are responsible for what we wish to achieve. How you do it will depend on each individual - after my first online sale, I now focus equally on TripleClicks because that is a high earner for whoever wants to make money online.
Finally, as we learn to appreciate the ups and downs of a business such as ours, we are reminded constantly - nothing worthwhile comes easy. I have thought of giving up at one point when I felt that things were not going according to how I expected them to but when you know that there is so much support from your upline team members and the Founder of the company, Gery Carson, why not persevere.
I try to penetrate into areas of marketing that others shy away from! That, in a nutshell is what I do differently now.
